1. Our Services
We provide remote bookkeeping, payroll, VAT returns, and other financial services for sole traders. All work is done based on the package or service you select. We’ll always:
Keep your data secure.
Deliver work by agreed deadlines (or communicate delays).
Answer your questions in plain English — no jargon.
2. Your Responsibilities
To help us do our job smoothly, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete records (receipts, invoices, etc.) on time.
Notify us of any changes (e.g., new business activities, Revenue correspondence).
Pay invoices by the due date (late fees may apply after 14 days).
3. Fees & Payments
Pricing is upfront for each package/service. Add-ons (like VAT returns) are billed separately.
Payments are monthly/quarterly/one-off, depending on your plan.
Need to cancel? Just give us 30 days’ notice (no lock-in contracts).
4. Confidentiality
We treat your financial data like our own:
Everything is kept private and encrypted.
We’ll never share your details unless required by law (e.g., Revenue audits).
5. Liability
While we take every care to ensure accuracy:
Final responsibility for tax filings lies with you (we’ll provide compliant records).
We’re not liable for losses due to incomplete/late info from your side.
6. Changes to These Terms
If we update these terms, we’ll notify you via email or our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
